Package Your Jewellery
Place the items securely in their original jewellerybox gift boxes and use protective outer packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
